Now with over 100,000 tenants calling Property Space home we have further enhanced the ability for them to manage their property on the tenant portal. As you already know tenants can review and complete their condition reports, store and access property documents and view their property information throughout the platform.
Since the launch of the portal our Property Space support team have been receiving an increase in support cases around property maintenance requests, which previously we’ve had to direct tenants to contact their assigned property manager creating a delay in communication and frustration for all parties.
To remove this inconvenience and time waster for tenants we’ve streamlined the process so that tenants can now send detailed maintenance requests from their tenant portal direct to the property mangers’ inbox. Tenants can now capture images, add detailed maintenance information from any smart device in seconds without downloading an app. This feature will be automatically switched on for all agencies using Inspection Manager Paperless Ingoings.
